My Favorite Essential Oils for PCOS
Shortly after I was diagnosed with PCOS, I did a ton of research and something I saw continuously in my research was essential oils. I’d never used them prior to being diagnosed. I’d never even heard of them. But I read that they could be used in multiple ways they could be used to help manage my systems.

What are essential oils?
Essential OIls are concentrated compounds of plants. They are what give plants their scent or essence. The aromatic chemical compounds are extracted and combined with a carrier oil for the final product. Essential oils are used in aromatherapy and alternative natural pathic medicine. Essential oils are not meant to be ingested but applied to the skin for absorption, and inhaled. There are more than 90 essential oil blends. Essential oils are nothing new, although they seemed to be very trendy lately. They have been used since ancient civilization and have so many benefits.
How to use essential oils?
Essential oils can be used for the following:
Cooking
Cleaning
Personal Hygiene
Sleep
Immune Booster
Weight Management
Skincare
Respiratory health
Aromatherapy
& so much more!
I use my essential oils in a diffuser, roller blends, in my baths or a blend applied directly to the skin.

Within the last year or so I started taking detox baths. They are soothing, relaxing, draw out toxins, and boost your immune system. I would suggest that you relax for at least 20 mins. I take showers right after my bath, to wash away the dirt and get ready for a great night’s rest.
