My Favorite Essential Oils for PCOS

Shortly after I was diagnosed with PCOS, I did a ton of research and something I saw continuously in my research was essential oils. I’d never used them prior to being diagnosed. I’d never even heard of them. But I read that they could be used in multiple ways they could be used to help manage my systems.

What are essential oils?

Essential OIls are concentrated compounds of plants. They are what give plants their scent or essence. The aromatic chemical compounds are extracted and combined with a carrier oil for the final product. Essential oils are used in aromatherapy and alternative natural pathic medicine. Essential oils are not meant to be ingested but applied to the skin for absorption, and inhaled. There are more than 90 essential oil blends. Essential oils are nothing new, although they seemed to be very trendy lately. They have been used since ancient civilization and have so many benefits.
