Hey, I’m Keyona. My family and friends call me Key. I am a Wife, First Lady and PCOS Warrior who loves the Lord. I love my family and love ministry. I have been talking about starting this blog for about three years, so here we go. In this blog I will share my journey while encouraging and motivating other women to live a balanced, holistic life.

• I am the only girl and the oldest of 4 children

• I live in Target

• I am married to a Pastor, which makes me First Lady (Lady Key or Lady K)

• I am a planner addict (my favorites are Happy Planner and Little Miss Fancy Plans)
