Self-care is important but is an activity that most of us don’t partake in nearly as much as we should. It is a very simple concept, but it is often overlooked. Self-care can improve your mood and reduce anxiety. Proper self-care can also improve your relationships with those around you. But why is it so hard for us to implement the activities and habits that can help us function better physically, emotionally, and spiritually?

PCOS Morning Routine
I am going to be completely honest with you. I want to tell you that I wake up at 5 am and start my day with a cup of hot tea, and I get up with time to relax and reflect on all of the things that I have to do for the day. But it’s not the truth. I am not a morning person at all and I try very hard to follow the blog post that I read. For some time, I was getting up at 5:30 am, working out, getting the day organized, packing hubby’s lunch, etc. I was doing all of the things! But then I would be exhausted and ready for bed by 4 pm; and I hadn’t even cooked dinner or tackled half of the things on my to-do list outside of work.
