I have been struggling with thinning hair for months, it is an unfortunate symptom of my hormonal condition I was diagnosed with in 2014. After going natural in 2016 my hair was thick and thriving. But with the ever-changing world and day to day life changes due to COVID. Stress and life had been taking a toll on my hair and the thinning finally made its way to my edges. I still have edges, but they were on the struggle bus. Right as I was doing research about products to try. I was contacted by Edge Naturale to try their Follicle Enhancer.
I received this product free of charge to try and give my honest review. I am always hesitant to get my hopes up because a lot of products don’t live up to their claims. Edge Naturale claims to restore follicles naturally and to give you full healthy edges. This product is cruelty-free and made from naturally sourced ingredients. The directions state to apply a small amount on the clean, oil-free affected area twice a day for the best results.
Initially, when I first used the product I noticed it had a minty scent. After applying the product to my edges, it felt tingling and invigorating. But it’s not an overwhelming sensation. The product is white but it doesn’t leave a residue and mixes well with other products. I have noticed results in the few weeks I’ve been using the product. With continued use, I can’t wait to see the results. If you are a girl who has to have her edges laid, I would suggest to use this as a base before adding any other products to protect your edges.
